What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel at any time. If you cancel within 14 days of your charter, you will receive a full refund of your deposit; cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. Deposits are fully refunded in the event of thunder, lightning or  heavy rain. We will work with you to reschedule if needed.

What is the deposit requirement?

A $250 down payment is required to book your date. Payments are processed securely online and applied toward your total charter cost.

Where do we meet?

We typically pick guests up at the public docks next to Weirs Beach. Other
options include the town docks in Meredith, Wolfeboro or Alton. Customized pickups may be arranged upon request.

What is included in the charter?

Every charter comes with a captain and first mate, water toys (tube and large floating mat) and a cooler with ice. Paper plates, paper towels and utensils are
provided.

What should we bring?

Guests should bring sunscreen, towels, food, a cooler and beverages. You are  welcome to bring alcoholic beverages; one benefit of hiring a captained charter is that you can enjoy drinks without worrying about operating the boat.

Are prices all inclusive?

Yes, our rates include fuel and all equipment. Tips for the crew are appreciated for outstanding service.

Do we need life jackets?

Life jackets are provided for all guests. They are required for children
under 13 years old; older guests may wear them at their discretion.
